Technology park seedlings, experiments, demonstrations, promotion and introduction of new technologies and equipment

Covering an area of 200 mu and a total investment of 16 million yuan, the park is a comprehensive multi-functional agricultural industrial park integrating seedlings, scientific research, new varieties of new technologies and new equipment introduction and promotion.

In terms of nursery, the park can undertake more than 20,000 acres of field planting needs annually. The use of scientific and large-scale seedlings is mainly to compensate farmers for inadequate plant protection (pest and insect pests, physiological diseases), as well as choices and seasonality in provenance. The risk of not being in place during the sowing period can effectively reduce the planting risk factors of the cooperative households through the nursery in the park.

In terms of introduction, testing, demonstration and promotion of new varieties, the park has introduced more than 60 new varieties from different countries and regions every year under different climatic conditions in the north and south. Through experiments, it has selected suitable varieties for local cultivation. Demonstration of a certain area will eventually achieve the goal of large-scale promotion and service to farmers.

In terms of the introduction and application of new technologies and new equipment, the company has always relied on modern agricultural technology, combined with local geography and climatic conditions in actual production, and explored a relatively complete production technology for different regions. So far, the company has successfully carried out substrate cultivation on crops with high technical content of melons and solanes, in order to solve the technical difficulties of heavy cropping and improve soil utilization. In terms of leafy vegetables, the construction of the water circulation system cultivation mode is a breakthrough point, solving the problem that the climate-limited leafy vegetables cannot be supplied all year round, and overcoming the waste of water resources by traditional methods for environmental protection. In the operation of new equipment, modern and new equipment such as fully automatic integrated planter and agricultural plant protection drone have been introduced to carry out modern and large-scale production operation mode.

Base planting overview

The company currently has more than 6,000 acres of self-operated bases in the country, mainly distributed in Fujian's Hui'an County, Yunxiao County, Jiangxi, Shandong, Beijing, Hebei Chicheng County, Wuyuan County, Zhangbei County. For the base management, the company has always adhered to the "five unified" management mode, namely unified purchase of seedlings, unified purchase of fertilizer, unified purchase of medicines, unified agricultural tracking records, unified processing and sales, and a dedicated person responsible. Ensure that the agricultural products produced are of good quality and long-term supply to partners.

In terms of base planting, the company advocates to protect the ecology as its own responsibility. At present, all planting bases use Shengfeng Bio-organic Fertilizer (which has been registered with the Ministry of Rural Agriculture) jointly developed by Pengyu Bio-organic Fertilizer Company as the base fertilizer, and Xiangxiang Shengfeng Multi-Nutr Water-Soluble Fertilizer (which has been filed with the China Quality Supervision Bureau) jointly developed by Rui Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. is used as a top dressing to ensure that the products produced meet the above pollution-free standards.

Vegetable preservation, processing and sales

At present, the company has 6 fresh-keeping processing warehouses in the country, which are distributed in Chicheng, Hebei Province, with a one-time capacity of 6,000 tons, a 4,000-ton capacity of Wuyuan, a capacity of 2,000 tons in Fujian, a capacity of 3,000 tons in Yunxiao, and a capacity of 1,000 tons in Beijing and Jiangxi. One. It is equipped with 2 domestic vacuum pre-coolers and 2 processing lines to ensure the stability of product quality.

In terms of sales, it is divided into two parts, export and domestic. The annual sales have exceeded 100 million yuan. Exports mainly focus on South Korea and Southeast Asia. The first is through the company as the main raw material supplier of KFC and McDonald's. Secondly, it establishes connections with well-known domestic agricultural products chain stores; again, and Nanjing, Shanghai and Beijing. Established cooperation with first-tier wholesale customers such as Fujian and shipped to the place of origin.
